Dandan home burglarized

Crime Stoppers is seeking the community’s assistance for information on a burglary and theft incident that occurred at a residence located on Buenas Noches Lane, Dandan.

On Sunday, Aug. 14, 2010, the victim, a 29-year-old local female, arrived home that evening with her husband to discover their home burglarized. Their 32-inch flat screen TV was missing along with a DVD player.

The point of entry was through an empty air conditioning slot. Plywood covering the slot was pried open and taken off. There was a ladder left on the wall outside used to gain entry.

The stolen items are described as a black 32” Samsung flat screen TV rented from Dial Rent-to-Own. The DVD player (brand unknown) was purchased from the U.S. Army PX. The estimated amount of the stolen items is over $1,000.
