Reply to Garry Evilsizer: Thank you ever so kindly for your last letter. I too, apologize for how my words come across sometimes much stronger then I intended. By all means, let’s work together!

You are 200 percent right that the people who make the decisions do not have your best interest in mind. And they have not walked the streets of Saipan and talked to someone from Manila, or China, or Bangledesh, or the local people. They are like a blind man throwing darts in a crowded room! We have a worse group of politicians in Congress than you have up on Capital Hill. What we have done on the mainland is started “the tea party group.” Elections cannot come soon enough. Many of our politicians belong in cartoons like John McCain. Mr. McCain comes home to Arizona, talks tough, and then goes back to Congress and does very little. I like to catch him at home in a town hall meeting or in a private meeting face to face. By the way he is due to come home in about two weeks. Please, if anyone has information on your “festering problem” send it to my email address FLKeiper@hotmail.com. I am planning on a personal meeting with him and I’ll give him all of the information I have on Saipan.

Now, the problem with immigration in Arizona. Today, a Mexican man was put to death by lethal injection. He came to the U.S. as a child and he raped and beat a 16-year-old girl to death. It was a very brutal crime. He was an illegal. His case went to the U.S. Supreme court and they would not stop the execution. Obama, who is up for re-election, tried to stop it; he wants the Hispanic vote! This is one of many stories here. Ranchers have been found shot to death in their fields, police and border guards have been shot to death and stray bullets have hit schools and buildings on the American side of the border. We had two Mexican gangs fight a running gun battle on the interstate south of Phoenix. Mexican gangs have murdered over 6,000 people along the Mexican side of the border and about six mass graves have been found containing men, women, and children since 2006. That’s why we call it a war along the Mexican border.

Mr. Obama has declared that the border is safer then ever and will not send troops to guard the border. Arizona people are not racist—they just want to live in a peaceful and law abiding state. The people in Arizona are like the little old white-haired lady who filed for divorce after being married to the same man for 65 years. The judge said, “I just don’t understand why you want a divorce after all those years.” The little old lady stood up and shook her cane at the judge and said, “Well sir, enough is enough.”
