2011 Salvation Army 5K Run scheduled on June 25

The 2011 Salvation Army Food Bank 5K Fun Run will kick off this Saturday.

No entrance fee is required to join the race, as interested runners must only bring one non-perishable food item to compete.

The race will begin at the Salvation Army across the Hopwood Junior High School and runners will proceed south past the Pacific Islands Club and head back to the starting line. Check-in time is at 7am, while kick-off is at 8am.
