Starting today, Hard Rock Café Saipan and Guam will have something new on their Legendary Burger menu, which they expect to become a favorite among diners.

The Legendary Chamorro Burger features a 10-ounce grilled Certified Angus Beef and Hot & Spicy Jack Cheese, layered with the chef’s special sauce and served with seasoned French fries. The new burger will be exclusively available on Saipan and in Guam.

Kotwal Singh, executive chef for Hard Rock Café Saipan and Guam, said that burgers have been one of their top sellers since the opening of the first Hard Rock Café in London in 1971. Since then, Hard Rock Café has been serving fresh, high-quality, and authentic American fare that include items from the Legendary Experience and the Smokehouse Menus.

“With our unique ingredients and delectable combinations of flavors, this new Chamorro Burger will certainly be the locals’ favorite,” said Singh.

Other favorites are Hard Rock desserts like Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Cheesecake, Crème Brulee, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie.

Besides food, Hard Rock also has an extensive drinks menu that features award-winning concoctions such as Hurricanes, Margaritas, Mojitos, and their line of Alternative Rock or alcohol-free beverages served in souvenir collectible glassware.

Hard Rock International is also known for its collectible retail merchandise and rock ‘n roll-inspired items such as signature pins that can be purchased at both Saipan and Guam locations.

Additionally, Hard Rock also donates to numerous charitable programs and fundraising efforts, including the annual Pinktober event and the Imagine There’s No Hunger Campaign.

Hard Rock International is one of the world’s most globally recognized brands, with a total of 163 venues in 50 countries, including 126 cafes and 15 hotels/casinos.
