Rota son graduates with honors

Oliver M. Manglona received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, at commencement exercises held in May 2011. He was a recipient of the CNMI Honors Scholarship, the Presidential Scholarship at St. Mary’s University, and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.

Manglona, 21, was the 2007 salutatorian at Rota High School. He completed the CNMI Supreme Court Summer Pre-law Program in 2010 and will be attending the University of Hawaii School of Law in August. He plans to return to the Northern Marianas to work as a prosecutor.
