Black Stallions win Masters championships

The Black Stallions of Buddies Bar & Grill defeated sister-team Flying Dartsmen in a road match, 9-4, at the Jonny’s Bar & Grill to win the Masters championship in the Saipan Electronic Dart Association Bud Light Cup.
In other results, Jonny’s Ali’i Kamotes shut out sister-team Samurai in Tuesday’s B-division Bud Light Cup finals, 8-0, while Jonny’s IT&E Kamotes bested Buddies’ Barracudas, 8-2, in the Thursday’s B-Fanihi Bud Light Cup championship. Both championship games were also held at Jonny’s.
The final tables are set in the two C divisions, as Gaia Bar’s Gaiana C hosts Buddies’ Black Pearls in the Chichirika finale, while USSP Peleliu Club’s Slow Hand welcomes Oh! MG of Naked Fish bar & Grill in the Kingfisher championship match.
Meanwhile, the Ladies division’s semifinals were played last Monday with home team Jonny’s Yakau battling Buddies’ Sistah!, and Gaia’s Nasty Girls hosting Buddies’ Man-Amigas.
Notably, the Thursday B Flame Tree season is still ongoing and is expected to conclude on June 23.
The SEDA awards banquet will be held on July 17 in Saipan World Resort’s Royal Taga Ballroom from 11am to 2pm.
Lunch will be served before the awards presentation and multiple prizes will be up for grabs during the raffle drawing.
Each raffle ticket is only $1 with no purchase limit. In addition, an open blind-draw tournament will also take place at the conclusion of the award ceremony. Entrance fee is $10 per player.
