A win-win situation
On June 6, 2011 Congressman Gregorio Killili C. Sablan came to the home of the Aeronautical Dolphins. He was greeted by our principal Craig Garrison and escorted to our classroom. Upon arrival, the Aeronautical Dolphins gave the congressman a warm Dolphin hello.
The purpose of Mr. Sablan’s visit was to distribute some aerospace books to compliment the learning curriculum of the program.
These books are written by the United States Air Force and they cover the history of aviation as well as the future aspects of aerospace.
This material will be implemented with the current theoretical material that is being taught in the class. Mr. Sablan spoke with the students individually and he allowed us to take some pictures with him.
We hope this program can assist students in their bid for an Air Force Appointment. I also mentioned to him that I had highly motivated students that already understood the inside track of Air Force Core Values. We, as a class will also like to thank Congressman Sablan in his efforts in helping our trip to Guam/Andersen AFB/Continental Airlines a reality.
Finally, we are communicating with Fly Guam about a possible partnership with this program. And we want to thank them for their consideration. Thus, partnering with local companies for our local students is always a win-win outcome.
