Barcinas, Manglona are Bank of Guam’s newest vice presidents

HAGATNA, Guam—Bank of Guam’s board of directors, management, and staff are pleased to announce the promotions of Edward G. Barcinas and Rose E. Manglona.

Barcinas has been promoted from assistant vice president/Familia Ambassador Program manager to vice president/director of Training, Development & FA Program. A 2003 graduate of Southern High, Barcinas has been with the Bank of Guam since 2006. He has served in various capacities in Customer Service, Bank Secrecy Act and Human Resources Departments, and was the Tamuning Branch manager and Customer Support Contact Center manager.

Manglona has been promoted from assistant vice president/Human Resources operations manager to vice president, director of Compensation, Recruitment & Benefits. She has been with the bank since 2007 in both the Customer Service and Human Resources departments, having received her Bachelor of Business Administration Cum Laude from the University of Guam in 2010.

She is a Certified Professional (Society of Human Resources Management SHRM-CP) since 2015 and received a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) in 2014.
