“Bank of Hawaii has been a part of the CNMI for 46 years. As a member of the community, we understand the importance of corporate responsibility and therefore we take every opportunity to work with our partners to provide support in as many ways possible. The mission of the Hyatt to care for others in our community sends a strong message, a message we believe in as well. It’s the community that helps us thrive, and it’s through our efforts together, that we keep our community thriving. Thank you, Hyatt Regency Saipan, for the opportunity to once again participate in the charity golf classic,” said Joseph Fujihira, bank officer and service manager.
“The foundation of our Hyatt Thrive organization is built on the understanding that through actions large and small, we have a big impact on the lives of the people in our communities. Our annual golf classic allows for us and our business partners to directly impact our community,” said Hyatt general manager Nick Nishikawa. “Bank of Hawaii has been our business partner for many years now. This year, the Charity Golf Classic turns 21, and that is a very important year in our lives. So we are thankful for Bank of Hawaii’s donation of a $15,000 cash prize for Hole No. 3. Their generosity adds a very special touch to the tournament, and, may one lucky golfer hit that hole-in-one. It’s all for a notable cause—to support our island community.”
