To assist its customers with their payment obligations, Bank of Saipan is offering a slate of payment relief options, recognizing the financial hardship burdening its customers as a result of the COVID-19 impact on the CNMI economy.

“The type and form of the financial assistance provided will be tailored to the specific needs of the individual loan customer’s situation,” said John Arroyo, president and CEO of Bank of Saipan. “While lost wages make it difficult to maintain regular loan payments for everyone, not everyone’s situation is the same. Some may not be able to make payment at all and others may wish to continue paying but under modified terms.”

Payment relief is available to consumer and commercial loan customers. Arroyo encourages customers to call or visit the bank’s Loan Department to arrange a plan works best for them. The Loan Department is located in the RJ Building in Dandan.

Bank of Saipan is the CNMI’s oldest locally chartered bank and operates exclusively in the CNMI. (PR)
