Fiesta creates splash for moms on Mother’s Day

The annual celebration and tribute to mothers was highlighted by Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan with a “Mom and Me Fashion Show” and a Mother’s Day concert last Sunday, May 10.
More than 500 mostly local families celebrated the day with their mothers with a festive Sunday Brunch at the Hibiscus Hall, in addition to those who chose to celebrate the event at the Mai and The Bund restaurants, the Japanese and Chinese outlets of Fiesta.
This is the second year in a row that Fiesta celebrated Mother’s Day with a fashion show and live entertainment. This year’s number surpassed the success of last year’s event, with the fashion show featuring longer segments and more clothing lines. The islandwear collection was provided by the Fiesta Gift Shop, while the casualwear and partywear were provided by Tapo Shopping.
Eleven mothers with different backgrounds and occupations brought their children to Fiesta and walked down the runway of Hibiscus Hall while guests feasted on the sumptuous buffet. The models’ hair and makeup were provided by Salon, the former Salon de Manila that is now conveniently located inside Fiesta Resort and Spa.
The duo of Mario and Loreta also serenaded mothers with inspirational songs.
Door and raffle prizes were also given away by Fiesta Resort and Spa and Pepsi. Tapo Shopping and Salon gave away discount coupons for mothers and IT&E gave away three brand new cell phones for the raffle.
Guests were also given a chance to obtain souvenir shots in the photo studio prepared by Motion Media. The pictures served as Fiesta’s gift for the moms who were present at the event. [B][I](PR)[/I][/B]
