I witnessed the confirmation hearing of Eloy Inos as the choice appointee of Gov. Benigno Fitial to be his Lt. Governor and I am overwhelmed by the immense support that came from the community for his confirmation. It was also mentioned for the record that, for the first time ever, politicians crossed party lines to voice their strong support for Inos. Congratulation Lt. Governor Inos on your confirmation! May the Lord bless you richly in your new endeavor.
Now we have the best combination occupying the CNMI’s highest positions: Governor Fitial, who is good with numbers, and Lt. Governor Inos, who is also very smart in numbers. The two have a proven track record of being in accord, of being always in agreement for the betterment of the entire CNMI. These two fine people are indeed worthy of my vote to protect my and my children’s future.
I would like to thank the Senate for finally putting my dream in place by answering my call of “who would be our next lieutenant governor?” My blessing is upon Eloy, that he will support the governor in discharging all their duties to protect the future of the CNMI!
