Dear people of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the CNMI Department of Labor and Immigration: I write this letter to apologize for having committed the crime of document fraud against the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the CNMI Department of Labor and Immigration, on March 26, 2008.

I realize that what I did was wrong and it brought shame to me and my family. I committed this crime for my own selfish reason.

My mistake has caused me to experience difficulties and hardship. I went to jail for three days, had to pay $625 in fines, and I am now serving a one-year probation for the offense of document fraud.

I am currently looking for a job in order that I may start a new life, and be a contributing member of the community. I have learned from my mistake. I will do all that I can from hereon to be a better person. I am extremely remorseful for the wrong that I have done, and I promise that it will not happen again.

Once again, please forgive me for the shameful thing that I have done.
