Realty Management Services launches new website

Realty Management Services, a Saipan-based affiliate company of Tan Holdings which manages a number of real estate properties on-island, announced the launch of its redesigned website.

The former site www.rmssaipan.com has now been changed to www.saipan-properties.com.

“We felt it was important to have an updated design and functionally-enhanced website in order to reassert the company’s dedication to providing the best possible property management services and programs to their clients,” said Puy Macario, general manager of RMS.

As a better way to highlight their commitment to customer service and satisfaction, RMS renovated their online presence, completely redesigning their previous website from scratch, and providing information in four languages: English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, to ensure penetration not only of the local community but of the Japanese, Korean and Chinese communities as well.

“Our previous website was outdated, and did not completely serve the purpose of informing our audience on our company’s services and the property rentals/leases we provide. Much like upgrading to a newer, better apartment, we also upgraded to a better address—www.saipan-properties.com, which clearly speaks of what we are and what we offer,” Macario added.

The in-house website development team of the CTSI Corporate office in Manila created the new website design for RMS that is sleek, sophisticated and functional; and most importantly reflects the company’s position in its industry. www.saipan-properties.com gives virtual tours of the properties and offers information in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

“Moving forward, we will continue to enhance our online presence to get our key messages across that Saipan is a peaceful, beautiful and inviting place to stay for the long term, and that good real estate is available and accessible through RMS,” said Macario.
