Hyatt presents Roasts, Reds & Rendezvous on April 2
On Thursday, April 2, Kendall-Jackson Wines and Certified Angus Beef will hold the 2nd Annual Roasts, Reds & Rendezvous cocktail event at the Hyatt Regency Saipan’s premier dinner venue, Giovanni’s Restaurant, from 6:30pm to 9pm.
This special cocktail event will feature an array of international culinary masterpieces prepared by Chef Colombo and his team, made from the highest-quality Certified Angus Beef and paired with the finest red wines from Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve.
Guests at the event will be treated to an elegant and sumptuous spread that will include tender Flank Steak with Enoki Mushrooms from Japan, Italian Risotto with Barolo Braised Beef, and local favorites like Beefsteak and Ribeye with Spiced Gravy.
The Roasts, Reds and Rendezvous cocktail event at Giovanni’s kicks off a monthlong promotion at all the dining venues in the Hyatt Regency Saipan. From April 3 to May 10 the Kili Café & Terrace will feature Certified Angus Beef on its Live Stations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
Also from April 3 to May 10, Giovanni’s will be serving juicy Certified Angus Beef Sirloin, T-Bone and Ribeye steaks in a variety of mouthwatering a la carte specialties, each paired with a full-bodied Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve red wine.
From April 13 to May 10 the Hyatt’s Teppanyaki will present an exceptionally tasty set menu prepared by Chef Joe. The menu will include Certified Angus Beef Porterhouse T-Bone Steak with Honey Teriyaki Balsamic Sauce.
The 2nd Annual Roasts, Reds & Rendezvous will be held at Giovanni’s Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Saipan on Thursday, April 2, from 6:30pm until 9pm. The event fee is $35 ($30 for Club at the Hyatt members).
