NTT DOCOMO Docomo Pacific unveils Individual Network plan
Is your cellular phone bill wreaking havoc on your budget? NTT DOCOMO Docomo Pacific may just have the solution for you in these trying economic times.
The telecommunications company recently unveiled its INDIVIDUAL NETWORK PLAN where Docomo Pacific subscribers can make and receive unlimited calls from five (5) designated numbers, from any local phone or cell phone carrier between Saipan, Tinian, Rota or Guam, for as low as $45 per month.
“Docomo Pacific is quite cognizant of the hard economic times the islands are currently experiencing. For all intents and purposes, this new added feature lowers everyone’s cellular phone costs as well gives subscribers a choice of what plan best suits their needs,” said the company’s Business Sales and Marketing Manager, Absalon Waki.
The way it works, according to Waki, is a subscriber can pick up to five (5) frequently dialed numbers as part of his/her IN plan.
“The subscriber can call and receive unlimited calls in a month from any of the five numbers on his/her IN plan for as low as $45 per month. It’s that simple,” he added.
The $45 plan also provides 600 minutes of airtime, plus unlimited local texting, from numbers not included in the IN plan.
Aside from the $45 plan, Docomo Pacific also has $65 and $85 plans, which offers 900 and 1300 minutes of airtime, respectively, from numbers not included in their IN plan. Both plans also include unlimited local texting.
Now, for price-conscious subscribers Docomo Pacific has a mini plan to suit their needs. The $25 per month plan offers 300 minutes of airtime, unlimited local texting and two (2) unlimited frequent dialed numbers on the IN plan.
Additionally, all above rates include FREE Long Distance to the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, South Korea, Australia, Hong Kong and China (only airtime charges apply). Other FREE features include voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, three-way calling, call forwarding and no answer transfer.
Docomo Pacific subscribers can also roam to more than 58 countries and counting,
“We’re trying to do everything to lower cellular phone costs for our subscribers. This all starts today and existing Individual plan holders can also avail of the IN plan. They just need come in and sign up with any Docomo Pacific Sales Representative,” according to James Lee, Marketing Representative.
Prepaid packages
Waki and Lee said Docomo Pacific’s budget-saving plans also extend to its prepaid subscribers as attested by its New Four (4) Unlimited Prepaid Plans.
Plan 1 will take back prepaid users only 50 cents a day and offers unlimited local texting to all local carriers. Plan 2, meanwhile, costs $1.95 a day and provides unlimited calls to numbers between Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Guam.
For $2.50 a day or as low as $75 per month, prepaid subscribers can get unlimited calls and texting throughout the Marianas, while $2.95 a day or as low as $88.50 per month, offers unlimited local calls and texting, as well as data in all four islands.
“These are all tailor-made to the subscribers particular needs. If they are a heavy texter, they can avail of Plan 1. If they call all the time, then Plan 2 is for them. If they both text and use voice, then Plan 3 is for them. Now, if they use all three—text, voice, and data—its Plan 4,” he said. All these are catered to those individuals who do want a long term commitment. No contract, no hidden charges, only ‘pay as you go,’” said Lee.
Free phones
To top it all off, Docomo Pacific is now offering a FREE PHONE special with only a 12-month agreement and a $50 security deposit as requirements.
Choose from either a LG 150 or the LG 3300. Features include speakerphone, Bluetooth capable, voice dialing, and up to 500 phonebook capacity.
Waki emphasizes that, “whether you are looking for a postpaid or prepaid option, DOCOMO Pacific has a plan that will fit your needs and budget!” (PR)
