Interesting March offerings from Grand Hotel

Saipan Grand Hotel is positioning itself to be the place where everyone can dine, relax and unwind, and have fun all under one roof. Food and beverage assistant manager Fernando “Ding” Ureta said the Susupe landmark has lined up a bevy of exciting promotions this month of March.
[B]Seafood Friday[/B]With Lent just a few weeks away, Ureta said Aoi Restaurant has added a twist to its immensely popular Authentic Chamorro and Mexican Cuisine Lunch Buffet by introducing Seafood Friday.
He said chef Danny Dela Cruz would be preparing dishes such as seafood enchilada, fish tacos, seafood paella, fish escabeche, and seafood marinara.
It is Ureta’s hope that Seafood Friday will attract the Catholic faithful who shun meat every Friday at the onset of the Lenten Season.
The lunch buffet has become so popular that loyal customers have requested that Mexican fare be included in Aoi Restaurant’s Dinner Teppan buffet in the evenings.
Aoi Restaurant’s lunch buffet is available Monday through Saturday from 11am to 2pm.
[B]Whimsy Sunday Brunch[/B]Children are also pretty well served at Grand Hotel with its Whimsy Sunday Brunch. For a mere $5.99 kids of all shapes and sizes can partake of all-time favorites like hotdog, fried chicken, and spaghetti.
What’s more, children who take advantage of the Whimsy Sunday Brunch promotion can also avail themselves of free games in the arcade center.
[B]Unwind at Southern Cross[/B]Tired from work’s daily grind, then head on to Southern Cross Bar.
Ureta said aside from the free-flowing drinks available at the bar, the venue also has a super-wide projector screen and karaoke machine, and a billiards table sure to help you relax and unwind.
Doors open at 6pm Monday to Saturday and U.S. beers (Budweiser, Miller, and MGD) cost only $3 a pop.
[B]Summertime@Club V[/B]With summer in full swing, Grand Hotel will kick off It’s Summertime@Club V promotion tonight.
With entertainment provided by DJ Jeyrock and the Art East, It’s Summertime@Club V is a monthlong festival where partygoers are encouraged to come to the disco in their best beach attire and swimwear.
Ureta said partygoers with the most striking and sexy bikinis, tank tops, board shorts, sarongs, and tapis will win a boatload of prizes.
