No actual interviews

I just want everyone to know that the new USCIS office here only helps the federal agency. It is not, at this time, staffed to conduct the actual interview. This means that we will still have to foot the bill for a trip to Guam. At present, applicants can go to Guam and have the interview and biometrics done at the same appointment.
