Think positive!

There are many things that have happened to this little island in recent times that is enough to cause anyone to cry and give up. Last week the House failed to act responsibly in passing a budget. Several months ago, the House did not have the courage to evaluate the case relating to the Lt. Governor. (By the way, everyone is innocent unless otherwise proven in the court of law.)

In addition, the economy continues to spiral down with no sign of relief. We are all hopeful that the economic stimulus plans to fund badly needed projects may provide some of relief. However, is the CNMI ready? It is my understanding that projects need to be ready to go for construction, meaning design and bid results are in place and waiting.

Yet, despite all this, I need to think positive, I want to think positive and I must think positive!
