Graduates and former students of the Northern Marianas College are invited to attend the NMC Alumni Association meeting scheduled for March 12, 2009, at the Hard Rock Café at 6:30pm.
The general meeting is for all NMC alumni (those who have graduated with NMC degrees or those who have earned at least 24 NMC academic credits) and will feature the presentation of the alumni logo, picture taking for alumni membership cards, alumni reunion event selection, alumni survey, and other important topics. There will also be a discussion on the Alumni Survey, which is an important part of the College’s accreditation efforts. All alumni are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting. [B][I](NMC[/I])
Zoning to hold training sessions[/B]
The Zoning Office is inviting the public to attend training sessions about the Saipan Zoning Law of 2008. Three of the sessions are geared to specific audiences and one will be for the general public but anyone may attend any session. Each session will start with a briefing and then answer questions. A reservation is not necessary to attend.

Bank of Guam hosts TV ad contest [/B] [B]HAGATNA, Guam[/B]—The Bank of Guam is hosting a competition to select broadcast quality 30-second commercials to be used by the bank.
* Theme: Meeting the financial needs of our community
* Categories: 1) Savings Accounts, 2) Consumer Loans/Credit Cards.
* Bonus Category: Bank of Guam Image
* Medium: Submissions must be no more than 26 seconds in length. Entries must be submitted on a CD/DVD and must be of broadcast quality
* Eligibility: Open to all high school and college/university students throughout Guam, CNMI, Palau, FSM, and Marshall Islands. Entries may be submitted by an individual or a group
Enrollment includes the registration form, release of commercial agreement and model/image(s) release form.
Prizes are as follows: $2,000 first prize; $1,000 second prize; $500 third prize; $500 bonus category prize.
