Income tax forms now available

The 2008 Individual Income Tax Return forms and instructions are now ready for distribution beginning Tuesday, March 3, 2009, according to an announcement issued yesterday by the Division of Revenue and Taxation.
The forms and instructions are available at the office of the Division of Revenue and Taxation located at the Joeten Dandan Commercial Center from 7:30am to 4: 30pm. These forms and instructions will also be available on the Department of Finance website at www.cnmidof.net.
Revenue and Taxation also wishes to inform the public that its window service assistance for the filing of the 2008 individual income tax will be available beginning on March 3, 2009. Windows service will only be made available to those individuals filing a 1040EZ-CM. The usual taxpayer assistance will still be available to answer any general questions.
The deadline for filing of 2008 Individual Income Tax Return is April 15, 2009, at the office of the Division of Revenue and Taxation. The office will remain open until 9:30pm on Apr. 15 to receive tax returns. [B][I](PR)[/I][/B]
