I see that you have become a self-anointed legal eagle looking at the intricate legal issues from a layman’s perspective.

Definitely, I don’t expect justices in the superior, supreme and federal courts to know what are the basic fundamental policies of DPL. It is for this reason that we have attorneys to present these issues for judicial review.

Having said that, I am hopeful that justices would make their decisions within the confines of the mandates of the NMI Constitution and statutes in the books. In brief, they should stay legal and constitutional and not venture into violating authorities reserved for the House of Representatives or disposition of segregated DPL funds.

Don’t you think I also wish to see all land claims issues resolved forthwith? But the use of DPL’s segregated funds isn’t the right way to resolve these issues. It is the obligation of the NMI government, not its agencies and instrumentalities.

Regarding my vocabulary, it demonstrates that you must improve upon your reading comprehension and writing exercises for I have no plans to write in Special English to make-up for your inadequacies, sir! Have a nice day.
