The U.S military will be conducting live fire training on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla on Dec. 30-31, 2008, from 6am to 11: 30pm, and on Jan. 1, 2009, from 12am to 12: 30am on the island Farallon de Mendenilla training area (R7201) on a 10 nautical mile radius on all quadrants.
The Emergency Management Office is advising the public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.

[B]Distribution of 2008 W-2CM forms[/B]The Division of Revenue and Taxation wishes to inform all CNMI employers that the distribution of the 2008 W-2CM forms and instructions will begin on Friday, Jan. 2, 2009, from 8am to 4pm at the Office of Division of Revenue and Taxation located at the Dandan Commercial Center.
All business and employers are asked to pick up the forms during regular business hours beginning Jan. 2, 2009. The deadline for filing the 2008 W-2CM form is Friday, Feb. 27, 2009 at 4:30pm. [B][I](PR)[/I][/B] [B]DEQ brigade sets cleanup[/B]
The Division of Environmental Quality cleanup brigade will be picking up trash at San Antonio Beach in San Antonio, south of Pacific Islands Club, on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009 at 8am. Volunteers will clean until 10am and break for drinks and then continue, if needed.
Brigade volunteers who participated in at least 10 cleanups will receive a brigade cap and those who participated in at least three will receive a green brigade t-shirt.
