Dems say thanks for voting

The NMI Democratic Party issued a statement Thursday extending its appreciation to all supporters who voted in the Nov. 4 election.

“Not only do we have our first delegate, but we also have our first black president. We will keep you posted regarding our Democratic Appreciation Party and victory party for our president-elect Barack Obama later this month, where we will also be conducting our NMI Democrat registration drive.
