PTI promotes go green, go paperless
In an effort to conserve and protect natural resources, PTI is actively encouraging and promoting its online, electronic paperless billing statements. Customers now have the chance to make a difference in our environment by signing up to receive e-statements rather than getting an actual paper statement in the mail.
There is no fee to sign up for paperless billing. All customers need to do is stop by PTI’s Customer Service in Chalan Laulau or at the Wireless Express Center in Garapan and request for a password to access your account online. Once registered, a customer must select to receive paperless billing.
In addition, a customer will have a detailed billing readily available including the option to make payments with a credit card or with a bank checking account. A “PDF” file is also available online that looks exactly like the billing statements currently received in the mail.
“Paying with a U.S. bank checking account is one of our newest features for online bill payment program,” said Kathryn Barry, Regional Marketing Manager for PTI. “We are constantly seeking other alternatives to make it more convenient for our customers and at the same time more environmentally friendly.”
Customers who sign-up for paperless billing and make full monthly payments on/before the deadlines will have the opportunity to win weekly prizes and at the same time be entered into a final prize drawing that will send one lucky winner to anywhere Continental or Northwest Airline flies to Asia.
Promotional details are available at PTI’s Chalan Laulau location and the Wireless Express Center at the TSL Plaza in Garapan.
