Families, individuals and businesses who missed the first presentation on how to buy a timeshare at the new The Fort Timeshare Vacation Club in Metro Manila for $99 a month and a one-time initiation fee of $1,000 are invited to attend the second and third presentations.

The second presentation will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, at 10a., Room 404 on the fourth floor of the Marianas Business Plaza (formerly Nauru Building) in Susupe, Saipan.

Another presentation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 5pm at the same venue.

For a monthly payment of $99, the member and his family or friends get to stay for one week a year at the luxurious The Fort Palm Spring Condominiums. The condominium is located at The Fort, which is the Philippines’ newest center of culture and trade. The use of the one-bedroom condominium unit will continue for the life of the building as long as one is a member of the timeshare club.

Besides a seven-day stay in a condominium at a serene urban sanctuary every year, members of The Fort Timeshare Vacation Club get a free car and driver to take them wherever they need and want to go within Metro Manila, free cell phone, free maid service, and free referral to nurses, babysitters and personal shoppers during their vacation.

All these free services that will make one’s Manila vacation a more convenient and relaxing experience are not offered by pricey hotels that will charge you over $100 a day.

In addition, buying membership in a timeshare condo unit will allow a member to “lock in” the cost of his vacation lodging at $99 a month for many years to come. This means one’s monthly payment will not be affected by depreciation/inflation, unlike hotel prices that are sure to go up every year. A $120 nightly rate at good hotels in Manila this year, for example, may cost $150 or more in the next three to five years.

There are no maintenance fees, association fees and other hidden costs when one buys a membership unit. A member can also sell or transfer his rights to the timeshare vacation property to other individuals of his choice, including his kin.

A timeshare is a form of shared ownership and right to the use of a property. Timeshare properties are typically resort condominium units in which multiple parties hold rights to use the property. Each member is allotted a period of time, typically one week every year, in which they may use the property. Buying a timeshare is convenient for CNMI residents who regularly visit Manila either for medical purpose or vacation.

Members of The Fort Timeshare Vacation Club will get to use the condo’s amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, spa and function room. Each condo unit is fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen system, telephone lines, cable TV system, air conditioning, water heater, exhaust system, individual water and power metering and Internet access, among other things.

Hundreds of high-end shops, restaurants, coffee shops and other commercial establishments are within walking distance of the condo building. Also within a few short miles are five major medical centers in the Philippines—St. Luke’s Medical Center, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, The Medical City, Makati Medical Center, and Cardinal Santos Medical Center.

The Fort Timeshare Vacation Club is made available to CNMI residents by JL Finance Co. Inc., a Saipan-based firm primarily engaged in real estate and consumer finance business focusing on small and medium sized enterprises. It is affiliated with the University of Loyola at CNMI and Kaiser Group of Medical Clinics and Residential Facilities, Inc.

Contact JL Finance at 234 8004 or 234 8005, or email lee.jlfinance@yahoo.com to attend the presentations, which are free of charge to all interested persons. (PR)
