Farewell to a friend

To the family of the Julian Manglona, our condolences. It’s hard to believe that my friend and fellow cadet during the 11th Police Academy left without saying goodbye. During the time of our training, he was always helping me and saying that we need to do our duties once we completed our training. We always do exercise even if the training is done. I was surprised that he left. We will surely miss him a lot. May God bless him and the family.
