NMC offers customer service and administrative training courses
The Northern Marianas College, through the Division of Community Programs and Services and the Community Development Institute, is offering short-term classes to interested individuals who wish to improve their customer service and administrative skills.
This is in line with the college’s mission, which includes providing continuing education and professional development opportunities in response to community needs.
These short-term classes include Basic Customer Service Skills, Etiquette in the Workplace, Workplace Communication, Time Management, and Stress Management.
The schedule and fees for these short-term classes that will be offered at Northern Marianas College are as follows:

Fee: $40 [B]* COMMUNICATION IN THE WORKPLACE[/B] Sept. 29-October 4, 2008 (5pm-6:30pm M-F, 9am-11:30am Sat.)
Fee: $95 [B]* STRESS MANAGEMENT[/B] Sept. 6-11, 2008 (5pm-6:30pm M-F, 9am-11:30am Sat.)

Continuing Education Credits and certificates will be awarded to all registered participants who meet all course requirements. Full payment is required for admission to a class.
