Kudos to ban on smoking, chewing in govt offices

I would like to comment on the article “Enforce ban on betel nut, smoking in govt offices,” because I completely agree with that. There were numerous times I would go to an office and no one was there. Then I saw that many of them were outside, taking a “smoke break.” I know many of us smoke and chew. But do all of them have to go at once? We all get frustrated and stressed out sometimes, but can they at least leave one person so that they can attend to the people? And if there is only one person for that department, can’t they wait until their lunch break? The reason why we go to the government offices is to take care of things, not to wait for them to finish their cigarette. So I just wanted to say that I completely agree with this article and the employer should be stricter on their staff even though they smoke and chew themselves.
