Woman files complaint vs Labor personnel
A woman has lodged a complaint with the police regarding an incident on Saturday at the National Office Supply parking lot where she said a man shouted at her using “profane language.”
Gina H. Santos of Capital Hill said that around 4:30pm on Saturday, a certain John Limes Peter suddenly began shouting at her using foul language, accusing her of scratching his and his wife’s car about three years ago.
Santos said it was an embarrassing incident as she was with her daughter Liza at the time of the incident.
She said Liza’s classmates and friends as well as several customers also heard Peter cussing her.
Peter, Santos said, is an investigator at the Department of Labor.
Saipan Tribune tried to contact his office but the phone went unanswered.
Santos said a police report on the incident would come out Friday.
Meanwhile, Santos provided a copy of the result of a police investigation of an incident that happened on March 11, 2005, at the former Hotel Nikko in San Roque.
In that incident, Peter and his wife Ana Educalane De Los Reyes accused Santos of scratching their car.
A criminal mischief case was filed against Santos, but she said this was dismissed since no evidence was ever provided and “no proof that she was able to do such a nonsense, childish act.”
According to the police report, Santos and De Los Reyes were former co-employees who had a falling apart.
