MIFICPA bowling tourney on Sept. 14

Members of the Marianas Institute of Filipino CPAs and Accountants will take a break from their number-crunching ways and will host a bowling tournament this coming Sept. 14 at the Capital Bowling Center.

According to the club’s public information officer Benjie Ganapin, the competition will be open for MIFICPA members and non-members alike.

“We’re inviting everyone, MIFICPA members, non-members, and associates. Have fun bowling!” he said.

The one-day tournament starts at 1pm and those interested need to email or call organizers in advance to allow MIFICPA to assign players into groups. Cost to enter is free of charge, said Ganapin.

Interested players should email their names to MIFICPA president Irene Santiago at irene_santiago@shirleyscoffeeshopsaipan.com or to Benjie Ganapain at bhnjit@yahoo.com. They can also call Lois at 235-9322 or Rene at 234-0906. Entries must be in on or before the Sept. 12 cut-off date.

Ganapin also added that MIFICPA will be printing souvenir T-shirts for the event at only $5.
