Public relations coup

The fact that over 1,000 newspapers around the world ran stories on Presidents Bush’s recent decision to name our three most remote and pristine Northern Islands off limits to commercial fishing and mineral exploration is an environmental and public relations victory for all of today’s CNMI residents and all other island residents in the future.

This historic action will enable our children’s children to still enjoy the pleasure of having fish and seafood to eat…50 or 100 years from now.
