The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. has scheduled a power outage in Sadog Tasi on July 18, from 8am to 12pm, for maintenance work on the power lines.

In a notice issued yesterday, CUC said its Power Division line crews will be relocating power poles in Sadog Tasi on Friday and the outage will be implemented to ensure the men’s safety.

This scheduled power outage is on top of the July 12 through July 18, 2008 scheduled load shedding.

Friday’s outage will affect the water wells in Sadog Tasi and Laguna Drive.

“Again, this power outage is required to safely relocate power poles to within the right of way for the construction of the new road and drainage structures by Hawaiian Rock. CUC appreciates the community’s understanding in this additional inconvenience,” CUC said. (CUC)
