SGA July Ace this Sunday

The Saipan Golf Association will hold its July Ace of the Month Tournament this Sunday, July 20, at the Kingfisher Golf Links in Talafofo.

Tee time for the club’s seventh monthly competition of the year is 9:11am with the club requesting players to show an hour before that for pairings and a brief discussion of rules.

Veteran golfers Mariano Fajardo and Joe Sablan, homerun menace Ned Norita, last year’s annual champion Larry Deleon Guerrero, Carl Hocog, and retired judge Edward Manibusan have bragging rights for the first six months of SGA’s season as they secured the January, February, March, April, May, and June Ace titles, respectively.

Slots are available for 24 players and SGA said first players to show up early, will definitely be the first to roll the grounds. The club is also advising players to bring extra towels, because Sunday is expected to be a very humid day.
