Vandalism at the Grotto

Crime Stoppers is asking the community for information on any of the individual(s) involved in the vandalism of the monument built in honor of the late Capt. Vicente M. Concepcion at the Grotto dive site in Marpi. The incident, classified as a criminal mischief, was reported to authorities on July 3, 2008, at 4:01pm. The perpetrators involved in this incident stole the letters “T”, “O”, and “N”.
