Hafa Adai from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am sending some pictures of the destructive force that the Mississippi River left behind in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Just to let you know, FEMA has all contract inspectors working throughout the day, which is pretty long here as the sun comes up at 5am and does not set until around 9:30pm or 10pm.

I am covering large areas and have seen much destruction. The conditions are not good and I was nearly injured during one inspection.

I would like to thank the Marianas Visitors Authority for their support during my deployment by the contractor for FEMA to the disaster areas. Without it, I would not be able to help the countless victims that are assigned to me. I would like to most especially thank Mr. Perry Tenorio.

I would like to say hello to my friends and most especially to my family, my babies, Maria and Jose Charfauros and Stephen Parke and of course, my girlfriend Dolores Chargualaf Borja and my friends on Tinian.

This is rare for me to get online so I will try and do it when I can. Take care.
