Live-fire training on Farallon this week

The Emergency Management Office, in conjunction with U.S. Naval Forces Marianas Guam, said that the U.S. military would be conducting live fire training on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla on May 12 – 19, 2008 from 7am to 1am.

EMO is advising the general public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
