Atkins Kroll appoints Sikat Aftersales director

TAMUNING, Guam—Wendi Herring, president of Atkins Kroll, Inc., announced yesterday the appointment of Arnold Sikat, Aftersales director, effective May 1, 2021. Sikat was previously acting Aftersales director appointed in February 2021.
“Arnold’s institutional knowledge and analytical acumen of the Aftersales Division adds significant value in upholding AK’s service quality,” said Herring. “A gold standard in delivering outstanding aftersales service is what our automotive brand partners expect of us. It is also what our valued customers deserve from Atkins Kroll,” added Herring.
Sikat has over 29 years of experience at AK. He started in June 1992 as an accounting clerk in the former Atkins Kroll Hotel & Restaurant division. During his career with AK, Sikat has served in many capacities, including efficiency analysis and management of several departments. He is a testament to AK’s commitment to employee development. His supervisory experience includes GM Service, Body & Paint, Warranty Administration, Parts, and Toyota Rent A Car. In 2011 Sikat became the Toyota, Scion, and Lexus Service manager and was later promoted to Aftersales general manager for AK Guam and AK Saipan.
Sikat will now oversee the entire Aftersales Division, including Toyota, Lexus, BMW, and Chevrolet maintenance, warranty, and repair, as well as our Body Shop & Paint, Parts and Toyota Rent A Car/ACE Car Rental business units. Sikat will serve on leadership team and the Atkins Kroll 401K Committee.
