Armed robbery at SV gas station
NMI Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help for information on an armed robbery incident that occurred at the Mobil gas station San Vicente.
On Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at about 9pm, police officers responded to a reported armed robbery incident at the Mobil gas station, San Vicente.
Police learned that the male cashier, 42, was in the cashier booth when the first suspect—described as a teenage male with dark skin and wearing a red and white dotted bandana covering his face, and a red T-shirt—entered the cashier’s booth, threatened to stab the victim with the knife, and shouted “Give me your money!” The victim handed him cash from the register and the suspect fled on foot running north away from the gas station.
Another witness said there was a second suspect who was standing as a lookout. He was described as a teenage male wearing a green short-sleeved shirt, dark-colored short pants, and a multi-colored bandana wrapped around his face, and also wielding a knife. Both suspects fled the area on foot traveling north away from the gas station.
The amount stolen from the gas station is estimated to be at over $200 cash. No one was injured in the robbery.
