After almost five years as Saipan Chamber of Commerce executive director, Jill Arenovski announced yesterday that she is leaving the post.

In an email to Chamber members, colleagues and media, Arenovski said she submitted her resignation this week. She still intends to continue at her job until the end of September.

She plans to join the private sector soon after. Arenovski said that there will be no slowing down for her after working at the Chamber. “There is no rest for me. I always have plans.”

As Chamber executive director, Arenovski was in-charge of overseeing over 160 business members in the CNMI, was active in supporting Chamber committees such as armed forces, education, environmental, governmental relations, small business, and Saipan Young Professionals, organizing events and activities.

Arenovski said the position will be advertised immediately.
