Appalled

After I read an article on a Chinese woman suing her company Louis Vuitton for discrimination, I was appalled. She was treated very different from other workers. She and her Chinese colleagues were also paid less than an incoming employee who was Japanese. This indicates that her bosses preferred other nationalities. She was also required to do more and according to the article, the store manager even called her derogatory names. Her complaints were apparently ignored too. I think she was right to sue them. No one has the right to do any of this to you. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. believed in equality for all black and white people. He went through many struggles to defend his belief and it has paid off. It does not have to be black and white people, however, as this can count for anyone. Although racism may never be abolished we as people should try and change our ways. Laws can be set to protect us but it will not solve the problem. We can all make a big change.
