Wang also pleaded not guilty to distribution of methamphetamine.

Attorneys David Banes and Robert Torres served as court-appointed counsels respectively for Fang and Wang.

The jury trial will start on May 12, 2014.

The two were remanded into the custody of the U.S. Marshal.

According to the indictment, Fang and Wang conspired with each other and with other persons to distribute 50 grams of more of “ice” on Dec. 27, 2013.
