The American Red Cross “Run for the Red” is this Saturday, Feb. 11, at 6am.

The course will be around the airport field and all proceeds will go to support the Red Cross here in the CNMI.

Registration is $25 and includes a long sleeve event shirt, mini first aid kit (first 300 to register), refreshments, and snacks.

“We are excited to be partnering with Run Saipan for our first ever 5K run and walk. In addition, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. and Marianas Health Services will be on site to provide flu and COVID-19 shots as well as blood pressure and sugar checks.

CHCC will provide a $30 gas voucher to everyone who gets a COVID shot,” said ARC-CNMI Chapter executive director John Hirsh.

Medals and prizes will be given to the top adult, kids, and stroller finishers. E-Land Group has donated pool passes and bunch vouchers as event raffle prizes from Kensington, Pacific Islands Club Saipan, and Coral Ocean Point.

Registration is at https://raceroster.com/events/2023/71090/run-for-the-red-5k or via the QR code.
