AK Saipan offers car as tourney’s hole-in-one prize

Atkins Kroll Saipan and Traders Insurance Co. have stepped forward to offer hole-in-one prizes for this Saturday’s HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament.
AK Saipan offers a 2017 Toyota Corolla iM for a lucky hole-in-one winner.
“Atkins Kroll (Saipan), Inc.—better known as Toyota—is proud to be a sponsor of the 16th Annual HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament, being held on Saturday at Laolao Bay’s west course,” said Atkins Kroll Saipan general manager Doug Brennan. “Tourism is such a vital part of our economy. The Hotel Association of the Northern Mariana Island plays an extremely important role in employing and educating our residents on the many facets of tourism, as well as ensuring our visitors enjoy their stays and want to return again and again to our beautiful island paradise. AK Saipan would also like to thank all of the golfers participating in the tournament and wish them the very best of luck.”
Traders Insurance Co. is offering $2,500 to another lucky hole-in-one winner at the tournament.
“Looking forward for the success of the tournament, and for the participants, we wish them all the luck,” said Mike Licop of Traders Insurance in presenting the prize to the tournament committee. “Enjoy the game, and have fun.”
Golfers are reminded to register early, as available slots are usually filled early. The tournament fee is $140; for an additional $30, players may also compete for optional play prizes, including accurate drive circle, nearest of the pin, and accurate drive line. Registration forms are now available at Laolao Bay Golf & Resort, Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan, Hyatt Regency Saipan, Pacific Islands Club, Coral Ocean Golf Resort, and Mariana Country Club.
The tournament is also offering a number of other hole-in-prizes, including $10,000 from Century Tours, $5,000 from Saipan Computer Services, $2,000 from Century Insurance, a roundtrip ticket for Saipan-Narita from Delta Air Lines, a roundtrip ticket from Asiana Airlines, two roundtrip tickets for Incheon from Jeju Air, one roundtrip ticket from T-way, one first-class roundtrip ticket from Saipan to Guangzhou or Shanghai from Saipan Travel Inc., one roundtrip ticket from Saipan to Manila to Cebu from Philippine Airlines, 4.5L Chivas Regal, and a 2017 Hyundai Tucson GL from Triple J Motors, Triple J Five Star Wholesale, and Hertz Rent A Car. The tournament is open to the first 144 paid registrants. Cash, cars, hotel night stays, and other prizes await the winners.
