The Office on Aging announced the winners of their raffle this year as part of the Saipan Senior Advisory Council’s fundraising efforts.

Tickets were sold last month by participants of this year’s Man’amkó King and Queen. Diego Pua and Minerva Maghanoy, who were hailed as king and queen, sold the most number of tickets.

“Thank you to all those who participated in helping the senior citizens raise funds. We truly appreciate their continued support to our elders and people with disabilities,” Aging director Walter Manglona said.

“I also want to acknowledge the candidates themselves for taking part in this activity,” he added.

“We want to thank the contestants. They are the ones who really made the effort to go out and sell. It’s not easy to sell [tickets],” SSAC president Maria Salinas said.
