Waste of taxpayer’s money

The permanent residence bill that some lawmakers are trying to pass shows how lawmakers waste taxpayers’ money. As is being reported, U.S. Immigration laws will override all CNMI immigration laws. The amount of hours put into this bill by who should be calculated, then the amount of money wasted on this effort should be reimbursed to the taxpayers. The government can save money by not committing such waste.
