Common sense laws

I wish that, as a local native guy, they don’t have to charge us for being married to an alien. I mean our wives should be automatically considered U.S. citizens or residents since they are married to us, like for example the governor who is married to an alien. This is not helping us local if we have to keep paying every year for our wives’ fees. In the U.S. they don’t charge us anything if you finish all the proper paperwork of immigration requirements, which I’m still working on for my wife to come to me in Portland, Oregon. I know some Saipan immigration laws are crazy but I know the locals are not stupid. Common sense, guys.
