Argosy University hosts info session next week
Argosy University/Hawai’i will host a prospective student information session at the Café at the Park on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, from 6pm to 8pm.
Hosts of the event will be Hawaii campus’ undergraduate chair Lisa Parker and director of admissions, Cherie Andrade.
The event will provide students the opportunity to learn about upcoming summer semester that will begin on May 5, 2008 and again on June 26, 2008.
Argosy University offers courses on Saipan with Richard Waldo as its coordinator.
The school offers both a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a doctorate degree in Education at the Northern Marianas College.
Both degrees are presented in a unique blended format, which is a combination of live instruction and online instruction. According to Waldo, the format allows the working student to attend college with convenient class times.
Argosy, which has been operating on Saipan for nearly three years, is fully accredited and is eligible for CNMI Scholarships, SHEFA grants and federal student aid programs.
Waldo said that Argosy is excited to honor its first graduating students this April 2008.
He added that Argosy University could help individuals achieve their career and academic goals.
