AFCEA Marianas Technet 2015 opens registration for sponsors, exhibitors
Registration is now open for interested exhibitors and sponsors to the 7th AFCEA Marianas TechNet 2015, the annual gathering of U.S. Armed Forces leaders and industry movers in the fields of intelligence, security, and information and communications.
Hosted yearly by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Marianas Chapter, this year’s conference and expo will be held from April 20 to 23, 2015, at the Hyatt Regency Guam Hotel in Tumon.
This year’s theme, “New Front Lines, Strategic Rebalancing in the Pacific,” focuses on the Department of Defense’s Strategic Rebalancing in the Pacific.
“TechNet 2015 provides the opportunity for participants to exchange information on topics that will be beneficial for them and our community as well as we embark on the Department of Defense’s effort of strategic rebalancing in the Pacific,” said Jonathan Richichi, AFCEA Marianas TechNet chair.
In line with the theme, presentations, panel discussions and break-out sessions are being planned to highlight the relocation of U.S. Marines, the Theatre High Altitude Area Defense unit assigned to Guam, and other forward military contingents that will be re-aligned to the region
“This being AFCEA Marianas’ premiere event will allow industry leaders to network and share their vision of how technological advancements play a role in their respective industries,” Richichi added.
