Thank you for our Angel
Angel Ray Tudela Guerrero was born on Oct. 21, 1994 as a miracle baby. He almost didn’t survive. He needed two tubes that were surgically inserted into both sides of his chest to keep him alive. He is such a strong person that he made it through with the blessings of God to live his life.
Angel is the most generous and giving person that you could ever meet. He is always willing to help anyone. He’ll give you anything you need, even if it was the last dollar in his pocket. He brings a smile to the faces of anyone by his bubbly and honest personality. He is extremely academically smart. The light of his life can shine in even the darkest areas.
As a brother to three sisters and one brother, and an uncle of many, Angel Ray has always been able to divide equal love and attention to everyone. He has a heart of gold. He gets along with anyone easily and is the life of the party. He is treasured by his family dearly.
Throughout Angel’s life, no one had ever imagined that he would have such a serious condition. Having been diagnosed with Medullablastoma (brain tumors) at the age of 12 in August 2007 was the biggest shock of our lives. Why would such an awesome person have this?
Being the person that he is, he stood strong and accepted what God had put on him. He continues to only look at the bright side of life and the negative disappears. He has donated a piece of his tumor to a team of researchers in Hawaii investigating the cause of Medullablastoma which is still unknown today.
He is currently undergoing intense chemotherapy on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
As we all know today, our islands and its people have been going through major obstacles and problems. We understand the difficulties you all are facing.
So from our family to yours, along with numerous friends and relatives, we humbly thank anyone and everyone for any type of support that they have given us through this difficult time. It has helped us in many ways beyond your comprehension. Un dankulu na si yu’us ma’ase, Salamat Po’ yan Olomway!
